Jan and Jim Moran participated in a butterfly release during the 2004 dedication of the new Jim & Jan Moran / JM Family Enterprises Crisis Treatment Center at Kids In Distress (KID), an agency dedicated to preventing child abuse, preserving families and treating children who have been abused or neglected. The butterflies symbolized the positive transformation children experience while in the care of KID.
